Shannon's Cinnamon Pecans
1 cup of baking pecan halves
1 tab of butter or 2 tsp of coconut oil or a combo of both (1/2 and 1/2)
1 tsp of cinnamon or to taste
1 tsp of salt or to taste
3 to 4 drops of organic Stevia or to taste
In a medium skillet melt butter or coconut oil over medium heat. Drip drops of Stevia and stir with spatula just to mix in a bit and evenly distribute. Then pour in pecans and sprinkle cinnamon and salt over top. Mix and stir till hot and let brown just a bit before taking them off the stove eye. Pour into a bowl and serve hot for a snack or let cool just a bit and chop them up for a crust on desserts or even a topping!
