Out door sessions in Missouri are absolutely gorgeous and this session was no different! It was a long time coming. We waited nearly a year from the time the session was booked to shoot this sweet little family. Life and weather held us at bay but the day couldn't have been more perfect! It was well worth the wait and I am tickled to share their beautiful memories here on my website. This is only a few of the 99 images I returned to this beautiful Momma and Daddy but they tell a story, the Crider Family Story and I am well pleased to present them to y'all today. Chrissy and Josh, thank you for such a wonderful afternoon. I so hope we get to work together again soon! Please click the images to see them fully.

Bryan, is my first born son and a total joy to my heart. I love him more than I love myself. To share some of the images from his and Jess' photo session this spring is a such a deep blessing to me. They are beautiful together and fun and so well synced. I watched them as I photographed them, letting them do their own thing at times. I saw the joy and the love between them and any insecurities drifted away. My blessings on this marriage fill my heart for them and my prayers that God's hand will lead them ever closer to Him and His grace are forever on my tongue. My deepest hope for Bryan past a strong and fruitful "faith", is that he will be loved and cherished by his wife and that he may do the same for her. This sure is a beautiful beginning for just that beautiful hope. We are honored to except Jessica into our family and we already love her. I'm honored to have gotten the chance to call her daughter. Their hearts are just beautiful and it's my deepest wish that the portraits I chose to share here give you a glimpse of their beauty together! - Shannon d. Edwards
The Parker Family was delightful. Set on Hannah's Mamma's stunning property we just had a beautiful time. So happy to share these portraits with you. Knowing that this was family land made this session so much more special and any time I could suggest to clients to do this I sure would! This lovely little family melted my heart!
The Kist Wedding was everything rolled up into one amazingly beautiful moment! Rain and Storms and Wonderful Joy and Sunshine, a stunning Barn wedding and reception location at Dodson Orchards in Fredericktown, Missouri and lovely friends and family to share every moment with! Phineas and I go back to when we were kids. I cherish him and count him as family. He's my best friend and I have prayed many times that he would find someone that would love him and enjoy him and his boys the way he needs. So thankful he is finding that in Shannon and with her boys as well. It was my honor and pleasure to create these images. My heart is deeply full. Please click the images to see the larger versions.

JUST CLICK ON THE IMAGES TO VIEW THE LARGER VERSIONS This beautiful little family melted me from the moment they stepped out of the car. This was a wonderful relaxed photo session at our home. Acia is 6 months old and her Mama, Brittany, said that the photo session was a gift from her Mama. Tylar, Brittany's husband and Acia's Daddy was great in helping us pose and snuggling in for the family shots. And Brittany was just adorable and such a sweet gal! How could you not fall in love with this little face! Precious! When we first sat Acia up by herself it was too cute for words. This picture will have to suffice! = ) When we first placed Acia on her belly and gave her favorite stuffed duck to her she just naturally snuggled it. I just mushed right into the ground lol. My heart is never going to be the same! :) This child. This... child. Just makes my heart burst. I don't always save "action" shots but I couldn't pass up this gorgeous grin at her Mama and Daddy. And this is where the true magic happens. This is where I know this baby girl will always have a special place in my heart along with her family. Her expressions. ADORABLE! I saved way too many but how could I not? Every single one needs to be remembered forever! :) I asked Brittany about her and Tylar: how long they had been married and where they had met. I loved her answer. "We have been together almost two years now! Married for one in August. Acia was definitely a surprise that we didn't expect so early but we wouldn't have it any other way :) We met through a mutual friend at the time and we pretty much instantly became best friends. He is my rock and I'm glad we were best friends long before we married and had a child. I couldn't ask for a better man." I was deeply honored to do this photo shoot and so privileged to get to help create these memories for this little family. Truly just blessed. Adorable!
What a beautiful family and what a wonderful way to remember the year and the moment! I loved this little session so much! Such a blessing!
