Creamed Strawberries

Ingredients:
2 cups organic frozen strawberries
11oz So Organic Delicious Dairy Free Culinary COCONUTMILK
8-10oz of water
½ a cup of organic coconut sugar
1-2 tabs of non-gmo butter
Directions: Place all ingredients in a medium pot and simmer on medium heat until strawberries are soft and liquid thickens up. About 10-15 minutes. Cut strawberries with Culinary Shears into bite size pieces.
Serve in mugs just for fun.
Serve hot but great as it cools!
